  • Children's Hospital Foundation, founded in 1983, is the only non-profit organization in Oklahoma whose sole focus is the advancement of pediatric research and education programs to improve the health of children.
  • Established a Statewide Board of Advocates in 2013 co-chaired by Garrett “Bud” Miles and Bill Lance.
  • Children's Hospital Foundation improves the health of children through its support of research and education.
  • Children's Hospital Foundation is accomplishing its mission of advancing pediatric research and education grants for small research projects and its nationally unique endowed chairs program.
  • 37 Endowed Chairs, 11 Endowed Research Programs and 2 Fellowship Programs have been established supporting: neonatology, rheumatology, cardiology, pediatric surgery, cardiac surgery, clinical psychology, pulmonology, genetics, diabetes/endocrinology, nephrology, infectious diseases, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, pediatric education, adolescent medicine, emergency medicine and developmental/behavioral pediatrics. In the past 20 years, Children's Hospital Foundation has helped recruit physician-scientists considered by their peers to be among the most competent in their field.
  • Children's Hospital Foundation raises its funds through individual and corporate donations, an annual giving campaign, planned giving, and special events.
  • CHF’s Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraising campaign raises over $2.2 million annually and is among the top 20 CMNH programs in the country.
  • Children's Hospital Foundation has raised and leveraged matching funds to create over $110 million in research and education programs, endowments, fellowships, lab support, equipment and scholarships.
  • Children's Hospital Foundation is the only granting entity in Oklahoma providing private support exclusively for pediatric research and education.
